Since 2017, Community Giving Foundation investments are overseen by Wilmington Trust as part of the M&T family of companies. Financial Statements

For several years, the accounting firm Maher Duessel has audited the Foundation's financial statements and prepared the Foundation's annual IRS Form 990 to ensure the upmost propriety and integrity.
