Reserve a Meeting Room

Several years ago, the Foundation realized the need for more space for staff, the board, committees, and community meetings. A commitment was made to use a disturbed site, be efficient and environmentally friendly with a “green” building design. Robert A. Lack Architecture and T-Ross Brothers Construction completed the “green” building at 725 West Front Street.

The Community Giving Foundation is pleased to offer two meeting rooms or one large combined meeting space for your organization’s use. Click here for room layouts.



Combined Meeting Room:

  • Chairs and 12 work tables for up to 96 people.
  • Chairs only for up to 120 people

Conference Room A (Large):

  • Chairs and 7 work tables for up to 56 people.
  • Chairs only for up to 80 people. 

Conference Room B (Small):

  • Chairs and 5 work tables for up to 40 people.
  • Chairs only for up to 40 people.
