The generosity and vision of our Fund Advisors make the work of Community Giving Foundation possible. We take pride in delivering excellent customer service and are excited to launch a new technology to improve the experience of our Fund Advisors. The following sections provide applicable links, forms, and helpful instructions related to our new Advisor Portal.

Please Note: Logging into the Foundation's Advisor Portal indicates that you have read and agree to the Community Giving Foundation's Confidentiality of Donor Information guidelines and will maintain donor confidentiality to protect and respect donor rights.

Confidentiality of Donor Information
The Community Giving Foundation ("Foundation") maintains and manages much information that must be kept confidential. This includes information about donors and their donations made to Foundation funds. Except as required by law, the Foundation will not disclose information about a donor or a donor's gift to the general public. However, unless otherwise requested by the donor, the Foundation may public the names of individual donors in the Foundation's Annual Report gift listings and other reported listings. Donor names and addresses will be provided to Foundation fund advisors for the purpose of extending appreciation. Amounts will not be given to fund advisors unless otherwise approved by the Foundation for event and fundraising efforts. Donors are given the opportunity to remain anonymous and their information will be kept confidential. Any donor information provided to fund advisors is for informational purposes only and must not be shared.

Advisor Portal Overview

The Foundation's Advisor Portal allows Fund Advisors to interact with and view fund data via a secure, password-protected website - making it easier than ever to connect with the Foundation, make informed decisions about your charitable giving, and stay up-to-date with your funds. Much of our communication with Fund Advisors has been moved online through this Portal to enhance efficiency and keep all important information in a central location.

You can do many things inside the Advisor Portal, including:

  • Access your fund's balance, updated in real-time
  • Review recent donations made to your fund and recent grants/scholarships paid from your fund
  • View printer-friendly PDF versions of fund statements

The Foundation will send you an email with your username and a custom link to create your own password. Follow the prompts to set up your account and log in to the Portal. Save your username and password for future use.

If you serve as a Fund Advisor for multiple funds, you will see the "choose fund" menu once you have successfully logged in to the Portal. Click on the fund name to view more information. (If you are a Fund Advisor for only one fund, you will go directly to the home page for that fund.)

On the fund's home page, you can select tabs at the top of the page to view more information. Below is a summary of each section. (Please note: depending on the type of fund, you may not have access to all the tabs listed below.)

Trouble Accessing the Advisor Portal?

If you are locked out of your account or do not have your password, click "forgot password" on the login page. Enter your username and click the "reset password" button. Instructions to reset your password will be sent to the email address for that account. (Please check your email's spam/junk folder for the system email.)
