Community Giving Foundation: Selinsgrove is pleased to welcome two new board members in 2026.
Tessa Moore
Tessa Moore is the Program Specialist at The Arc of Pennsylvania. Her family has called Selinsgrove home for the past eight years. Moore has more than 15 years of experience working with nonprofit organizations throughout the Susquehanna Valley, serving in roles such as grant writer, administrative assistant, and executive director. She is passionate about supporting community-focused organizations and brings a broad understanding of nonprofit operations and leadership to the board.
“Having spent many years working with nonprofit organizations, I understand that meaningful change happens when we come together to learn about local needs and address them collectively to build a stronger, more connected community. The Foundation has been an important part of my life for the past 15 years and I have seen firsthand the impact it has throughout the Susquehanna Valley. I am grateful for the opportunity to continue supporting this important work as a board member.”
Scott Zeigler
Scott Zeigler is a Magisterial District Judge serving the local community in Snyder County and also works at a law office in Selinsgrove. Zeigler was born in Northumberland and graduated from Shikellamy High School. He received a bachelor’s degree from Wilkes University and a Juris Doctorate from Widener university. He currently lives in the Selinsgrove area with his wife, son, and two dogs, and coaches basketball at the Selinsgrove Area School District.
“I am excited to partner with the Foundation because I feel I have a decent understanding of my local community and get the opportunity to represent the voices of the Selinsgrove area.”
