Community Giving Foundation is pleased to announce that the application period is now open for the Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts Creative Sector Flex Fund (CSFF). The CSFF is designed to address the changing needs of dynamic PA arts organizations with average annual revenue between $10,000 – $200,000. This grant program incorporates the current needs of the field by offering grantees the flexibility to use $5,000 grants in ways that ensure the most significant impact for their organizations and communities. Eligible uses of funds are flexible, including the support of applicants’ administrative, programmatic, and project-related expenses. Organizations that have received this grant in the past are eligible to receive it yearly.
Interested organizations should apply for the CSFF program through their respective Pennsylvania Partners in the Arts partner organization. The Community Giving Foundation serves as the partner organization for Region 3 – Bradford, Columbia, Lycoming, Sullivan, and Tioga counties. Additional details including guidelines, service area, and how to apply can be found online here. Applications are submitted using the Foundation’s online grant system. The deadline to apply is October 31, 2025, 11:59pm.
