Community Giving Foundation announces grant awards totaling $67,000 to charitable nonprofits and government agencies across the region through the C.K. Battram Fund’s 2025 competitive process. Grants were selected by a committee through guidance from the philosophy of the late C.K. Battram, which includes the following six pillars: broadcast evangelism programs; college labor programs; home health and hospice care programs; clinical and hospital facilities programs; social services to the poor programs; and community development programs.

The C.K. Battram Fund is a component fund of the Community Giving Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization that develops, manages, and distributes funds for charitable purposes, helping donors maximize their community impact in the Central Susquehanna region both now and for future generations.
