Community Giving Foundation: Danville is pleased to announce information regarding the 2023 competitive grant round. Grant decisions will be announced in June.
The Foundation is dedicated to the enrichment of the quality of life for residents of the greater Danville area through superior stewardship of enduring charitable gifts. Charitable organizations that invest in community programs and projects are encouraged to apply. Most grant awards will range from $500 to $2,000. However, if your request for funding is for a significant project, additional funding may be considered at the discretion of the Danville Board. Approximately $35,000 is available to grant through the Foundation’s donor advised funds and unrestricted funds.
Only 501(c)(3) nonprofit and government organizations are eligible to apply and 100% of requested funding must be invested within the greater Danville area. Individuals are not eligible to apply.
Grant applications will be completed and submitted through a web-based program. To access the grant application, click here and view details under the section titled Community Giving Foundation: Danville. Grant requests must be submitted online by 11:59pm on March 30, 2023.
