Regional Impact Fund Request For Proposals

May 20, 2019

The Regional Impact Fund of the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation is requesting proposals for projects that address current areas of unmet need throughout the 5 1/2 county service area of the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation (CSCF). Charitable 501(c)(3) and government organizations that invest in community projects benefiting Lower-Luzerne, Columbia, Montour, Northumbreland, Union and Snyder counties are encouraged to apply.

This year, the Regional Impact Fund is granting a total of $50,000 through this competitive grantround. Grant requests up to $10,000 will be considered. Interested applicants must review the Regional Impact Fund guidelines and submit a Letter of Inquiry (LOI) on or before June 6, 2019, at 11:45 pm, online. The LOI is limited to a two-page document introducing your organization, a statement of need, the service area and number of people you plan to serve and your requested budget summary.

If the LOI is approved, an application form will be made available. Those invited to submit a full application will be notified on June 19, 2019. Completed applications with supporting documents will then be due to the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation by July 10, 2019, at 11:59 pm. Full application submissions will also require an in-person request presentation with the Foundation’s grantmaking committee on the morning of July 29, 2019. Final grant decisions will be announced in August 2019.

Interested applicants may view the Regional Impact Fund grantmaking guidelines and begin the Letter of Inquiry process by visiting csgiving.org/grants. Letters of Inquiry must be submitted online by 11:45 p.m. on June 6, 2019.
