The Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation, an affiliate of the Central Susquehanna Community Foundation, will hold its annual luncheon on Friday, April 12, 2019, from 11:45 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The event will take place at Isabella Ristorante, 23 South Market Street in Selinsgrove.
Each year, the luncheon celebrates the investments made to community organizations through the work of the Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation funds. Local nonprofit organizations will be presented with 2019 grant awards during the event. Reservations are required. The Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation exists to assist and encourage donors of all levels to achieve their diverse philanthropic interests while providing a legacy that will serve Selinsgrove and the surrounding communities for present and future generations. Their unrestricted endowment fund supports the current and unmet needs of the Selinsgrove area. More than 20 additional funds have also been created by local individuals, families and organizations to enrich the quality of life through grants and scholarships.
