The Neighbors Helping Neighbors Event and presentation of the "Neighbor of the Year Award" will be held on Saturday, April 11, 2026.
The event will once again partner with the Community Giving Foundation: Danville to bring together Danville neighbors in celebration of community growth and the difference we can make together. Proceeds from the event benefit Danville’s Neighbors Helping Neighbors Fund, which has awarded over $175,000 to support local nonprofit organizations providing vital services and programs in the greater Danville area.
During the event, Kathleen McQuiston and The Good Samaritan Mission will be honored as recipients of the 2026 “Neighbor of the Year” Award in honor of Robert N. Pursel.
You are invited to be a part of this special evening of connection and celebration!
