Berwick Fund Offers Healthy Workplace Grants

October 14, 2020

The Central Susquehanna Community Foundation has partnered with Berwick Arts to display an art exhibit titled “Singing in the Rain” for community members to experience while visiting or passing by the Foundation office. This mobile mural represents the following message:

“Singing in the Rani is a call for rebirth of the spirit of hope. Each piece painted in sunrise and sunset colors put together represents the cycle of life. Whether it is pouring all over your head or the sun is shining so bright that you can’t see, each girl is marching forward with the same determination. This installation was a love letter to the people of Berwick. It is a gentle reminder that another day is coming and new changes to try again are on each horizon.”

The Berwick Health & Wellness Fund advisory committee recognizes that our nonprofit partners throughout our service area have been resilient throughout this year’s adversities. Encouraging hope is important and we are interested in providing a healthy workplace grant program. This grant can be used to purchase supplies/equipment, programming, professional development, etc., to boost the mental and physical health of your team. The goal is to be creative and increase positivity in your office.
