The Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation is dedicated to the enrichment of the quality of life in the Selinsgrove area and surrounding communities through superior stewardship of enduring charitable gifts. Established in 1994, and affiliating with CSCF in 2006, the Foundation exists to assist and encourage donors of all levels to achieve their diverse philanthropic interests while providing a legacy that will serve the communities for present and future generations.
A lifelong resident of the Selinsgrove community with family ties to the area for generations, Gloria Faylor Karchner is concerned with providing for the charitable needs of area residents. Gloria is an enthusiastic philanthropist and supports healthcare, education, the arts, recreation and community concerns. The Gloria Faylor Karchner Charitable Fund provides support for local Selinsgrove area organizations.
The Irwin Lentz Fund benefits deserving and qualified charitable organizations in the Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation's service area. This field of interest fund focuses specifically on youth programs that involve the creative arts and sciences, as well as conservation and the environment.
The Keiser Family Trust was established in memory of Lot Burns and Agnes Brouse Keiser, and supports charitable purposes in the Selinsgrove, Pennsylvania area.

The Soper Family Fund benefits (1) the Selinsgrove Area School District, to support needs of the band and orchestra, (2) Selinsgrove Area Recreation, Inc., to support current needs of the community pool, and (3) Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation, for discretionary grants.
The Summer Seals Day Camp is an innovative summer learning program in the Selinsgrove area, designed to give hands-on multifaceted assistance to students during a six-week camp, creating an enriching social and academic environment in a relaxed and fun environment. Their agency fund provides support for the benefit of the Camp so long as it is recognized as a 501(c)(3) organization.
The Celebrate the Life of the Patients of Cancer Care of Central Pennsylvania Fund provides an annual post-secondary scholarship to a Selinsgrove High School senior who attains the highest GPA in Biology.
The John A. Bolig Seals Alumni Scholarship Fund is a one-year award that benefits high school seniors or graduates (alumni) of the Selinsgrove School District who will be enrolled in a post-secondary program at an institution of higher education or technical school. Special consideration is given to students who are pursuing a technical career (including heating, plumbing, etc.).
The Kreamer Feed Scholarship Fund provides an $800 award ($200/year for 4 years) for the benefit of a graduating Midd-West High School senior who will be pursuing a career in agriculture.
The Patricia H. and Richard E. Garman Scholarship Fund awards scholarships to graduating seniors from Selinsgrove Area High School attending post-secondary school for 2- or 4-year degree or certification at a university or trade school. Consideration is given to students who demonstrate financial need.

The Selinsgrove Rotary Scholarship Endowment Fund was established to support the annual Selinsgrove Rotary/Selinsgrove Area Community Foundation scholarships to graduates of Selinsgrove High School who are pursuing a 2- or 4-year program or degree. Special consideration is given to student's academic achievement, financial need, and potential for success in college.
Simon B Rhoads is recognized as a founding donor to the Selinsgrove Area Youth Foundation in 1996. By his generous charitable gift, he assisted the Foundation with initial efforts to provide scholarships and grant awards to deserving students and community projects of the Selinsgrove area. The Simon B. and Kathryn J. Rhoads Family Scholarship Fund is awarded to graduating or former Selinsgrove Area School District students, with a preference for students pursuing higher education in a field of study related to agriculture.
The Steven and Judith Bottiger Scholarship Fund provides scholarship awards for second, third, fourth, and graduate year students attending an accredited Bachelor of Architecture Degree program, with first preference to students studying at a college or university within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Preference is given for graduates of the Selinsgrove Area School District, Snyder County, or the Lewisburg Area School District, Union County.
The Wayne and Nancy Van Kirk Scholarship Fund awards scholarships for graduates from Selinsgrove High School entering trade, technical, LPN, business, computer, certificate and/or similar associate degree programs. Students must participate in extracurricular activities or community service, demonstrate financial need, and have a minimum GPA of 2.0.
